TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Volunteering activities are mandatory for all participants.
- A non-refundable medical fee of ₹5,000 must be paid online prior to enrollment.
- Registration is open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on all working days.
- Interviews are conducted only on Sundays.
- Family members must attend the special weekly program held every Sunday.
- Participants may bring food from home as permitted.
- Individuals are responsible for their own belongings during their stay.
- The organization is not liable for any patient escape, loss, or casualty during the treatment period.
- No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
- Complete and accurate health information of the patient must be submitted at the time of registration.
- Enrollment requires the signature and consent of the patient’s relatives.
- A mobile phone is mandatory and may be used only during designated hours
- Documentation and treatment procedures will follow the doctor’s recommendations.
- Daily camp updates will be shared exclusively through the official WhatsApp group.
- Admission is limited to the first 50 confirmed registrations.
- Patients are permitted to celebrate personal occasions such as birthdays and wedding anniversaries.
